anyone have opinion about warrant offer below. seems illogical to me considering current prospects and share price:

SHARE HELD ON RECORD DATE 10/19/01. EACH RIGHT ENTITLES THE HOLDER TO PURCHASE ONE UNIT AT A
SUBSCRIPTION PRICE OF $0.40 PER UNIT, SUBSJECT TO PRORATION. EACH UNIT CONSISTS OF ONE SHARE OF
COMMON STOCK AND ONE WARRANT. HOLDERS WHO FULLY EXERCISE THEIR RIGHTS MAY SUBSCRIBE FOR
ADDITIONAL UNITS AT THE SUBSCRIPTION PRICE, PURSUANT TO THE OVERSUBSCRIPTION PRIVILEGE, SUBJECT TO
