It was during the hearing, so it was whoever was asking him(Ashcroft) questions. I don't remember his name. Anyway, in my opinion, it makes him look weak on terrorism and inconsistent with the "war on terrorism" that the president has declared. Is it possible to you that Ashcroft might be making a mistake? Please don't accuse me of spreading hearsay. I like to keep discussions on the topics at hand, but if you wish to stoop to personal attacks, that is your prerogative, I guess.
