Well, TILT is not what I want to hear. I am about 18% to 19% Body Fat depending on whether it is before or after the box of Christmas chocolates. Working on lowering that while lifting and becoming "cut." Heck, not quite 40 yet..still time for me to become the stud I knew was always there. Trish will like that. Now the subject of castration is a bit severe don't you think? I think Pat still has all his marbles, but I am not one that would be in that loop. Also not sure if they are steelies or some smaller inferior product, but again, that is not part of my loop...have to ask Jack I suppose.... The thing is, you see I am lucky. The Body Fat thing is a composite deal....takes into account the whole body. Now, if we were measuring specific parts and coming up with the percentage....well, you have heard the term "fat head" haven't you?
