I take this Merrill analysis with a grain of salt. As you should. After almost 25 years of reading brokerage reports, I have concluded that they are good for only 2 things. 1) As background information to learn about the company and the industry. 2) As an insight into what the analyst community thinks and why they think it. What they are NOT good for: 1) Making buy/sell decisions. 2) Analyzing what the company is worth. I can't count the number of times when these "experts" have been absolutely, totally and completely wrong in their analysis. Learn what they know, then make your own decision. That's my motto.
