Two have replied before me. I don't know how obeying the law makes one look weak in fighting against anything. As was reported, this is just not that vital. Also if someone did sneak a look. Well those who did do it, if they did do it still think they are safe. Never let them see you coming. Only the dumber guys would leave records and it's good to follow the dumber ones to the cunning ones. As to hearsay. I read you state that "they were saying that many lawyers disagreed" Well they were hearsaying and you repeated their hearsaying. That was not an attack. That was an observation of the merit of your argument in the context of a discussion. "they were saying" has very little value.
