RRIC - Strong rumors re Sect. 29 approval. IF true then RRIC's earnings (EPS) will be at least 6 cents and possibly close to 10 cents for 2002 (that assumes nothing else goes on to positively or negatively affect earnings). Applying a conservative PE of 15 it means RRIC should be worth 90 cents a share. I don't know of many places where you can buy a company that earns at least 6 cents for only 3 cents! Whether it's this week or not I still hear it's coming and the large Pennsylvania utility company involved is lobbying hard to get it done before the end of the year.
