Tim, good post. It was interesting how the FED and the treasury were able to move rates even lower in yield
after late Sept.

The late Oct announcement of the end of the 30 year bond issuance, was really the Govt trying to push
rates down even more, since The Budget surpluses are now gone. The Budget surplus was largely a function
of huge tax receipts due to the stock market bubble.
