Thanks Tom. Looks like the DC already B'd, and the dark cloud may cause more suffering as the drumbeat of lawsuit news continues. I think the law ought to be changed on some of these product cases. With asbestos, if you didn't include the stuff before it was known to be dangerous, they'd probably be suing for fire damage. Now, years later, we're putting perfectly good companies out of business for doing what appeared right based on the best available evidence at the time.
