My father and mother were both deported to Germany and were survivors of German Death Camps, Mathausen and Ravesnsbruck.(these are not name of candy bars!!) As the post war gernatration I carry the psycological scars that my generation is cursed with. We are Jews, but when we here a person like you call the all Germans Nazi's,
and makes uninformed statements as it gives us only nightmares. When I here you make rematrks about my family, I think your sick and come from a very desperatly sick background.
There are Nazi's in the US too. Guy blows a bumb in Oklohoma city,
so do do we have to hold American Rifle Assocaition Responsible?
In the US Jewish are graveyrds vandlized, and black churches burned and there is KKK, so what? Thoses it makes American public reposnsible? No way.
German and Austriran Nazi'z did commit the crime of the history, but so did the Catholic Church and Crowns of Spain when in 1492 kicked the Safrad Jews out of Spain under the decrees of inquisition(I don't expect a person of your level of intelect to understand that!!) Are we going to hold Spain and the church responsible? Hardly so.
We live in Europe and know about UmschlagplZ, einsatzgruppen and the camps, and we carry the scars. We can't forget, but we have to live with the reality of our invironments and the facts stand as they are. One can't hold a whole nation responsible for the sinns of their fathers. This is what the civil liberties and US Constitution is all about.
