It's interesting that of the 4 pieces of news from AMD's recent announcement,
1. Quarlerly revenues will be up at least 10%
2. Unit shipments will be at a record
3. CPU Revenues will be at a record, which means at least a 24% Q over Q.
4. Reaffirmed return to profitability in Q2'02.

only #1 and #2 was ever publicized in the financial press or given airtime.

#4 is widely disbelieved on the street. Does any analyst have AMD becomeing profitable before Q4'02?

So, if you think this last 2 points of price move is because of a predicted growth of at least 24% in Q4 CPU revenues, you think wrong -- they haven't even done the arithmetic yet.

What is your predicted growth for IAG Group (Intel's similar division) revenues this quarter? What was it last quarter and what is it's all time high?
