This says it all..<"The people who went to Afghanistan were not soldiers," said Syed Zaffar Saghir, a disillusioned activist for Sufi Muhammad's group who "made jihad" against Soviet forces in Afghanistan but stayed behind this time. "Just having a gun does not make you a warrior.

"So a lot of innocent people have died, and Sufi Muhammad and other religious leaders are responsible for this. They sent people who had no training whatsoever to war, and then they stayed back in Pakistan. They are still alive, while so many others have died." > The people who send them are most hated in the region now, cruel it may sound, nothing else could have made them learn this lesson albeit hard way. No one asked them to go, they made their hard choice freely, people do suffer for wrong choices in life and they should pay the price of foolish nostalgia. Violence and killing are not divinely attributes. God never asked them to do this, mercy and compassion is corner stone of God's scheme for mankind. This is wrath of God at its best..
