Is MSFT trying to settle the EU case? According to this article, they are.

I thought there was going to be a hearing sometime this month. This would be good news to get uncertainty out of the way in Europe. I might be reading too much into this comment but it does make sense, given the settlements MSFT has been working out lately. That would be more good news since fighting against the EU would be very tough..maybe not as tough as going up against some States like California. At least the EU is the equivalent of the DOJ and MSFT only has to deal with one party.
