George, Ah! XOMA...will it ever get it right? And to think, I owned this stock for years and left on such bitter terms with management. Sure hope BTRN doesn't lead me down the same path. On the surface,I don't like the dilution but by merely filing the shelf it doesn't mean they will issue them immediately...I think they have two years to do that. Obviously, they have a need for the money and just maybe they have some good news coming that could elevate the share prices and give them a nice wad of cash for these shares. One can dream!
