e, It really doesn't make me nervous for the long-term, as it was expected that they would have to do an offering sometime in the future. I am just trying to get my head around this type issuance as opposed to having a named underwriter with this announcement. I would like to think that with the potential for more positive news coming in the near future, management is merely getting the shares ready for the actual selling of them. We should get news from MEDI(new IND's for MEDI-507) within the next few weeks, and then news of the PHase II trials for psoriasis. As for getting the stock higher....yes and staying there!(:>)
