Because, 'gao seng,' as any of us know, the capital 'invested' in risk-bearing instruments returns proportionally.

In other words, the 'poor' buy 10 shares of stock ... or MFs ... and if the sucker doubles, the net worth increase barely pays the bills ... that 'sorta thang.'

For the poor to risk any of their money is foolish.

And I'm thinking that 'the poor' will include 75% of aging baby boomers based on the events of the past two years.
