maui, FYI : Northwood size : 127 sq. mm. That's a very competitive size. What do you make of the chart that has the range of operation from 0.7V to 1.4, with the highest clock rate of 2.5 GHz at 1.4V. Didn't I see somewhere that Intel is promising 2.5 or 2.6 GHz by the end of 2002, but hoping for 3 GHz? Joe
