"Enron distributed an additional $55 million to 500 employees two days before filing for bankruptcy protection as an incentive for them to remain with the company while Enron works to emerge from Chapter 11." Very poor reporting. How does giving them the money in advance incent them to stay unless there is a legal requirement to return the money if they quit? The reporter should include the provisions included in accepting the bonus. Elroy
