I briefly heard the program and that comment on new Asia also. My recollection as to what he said was also that he would make an announcement in July, and that he did not want to jump the gun by answering the question now. I did not take this to mean that the allocation would be changed.

As I heard only a few minutes of Sat's prrogram, a summary of key points/new points would be greatly appreciated.
