Support has held so far and looks like a mild rebound is likely. My guess is IDTI will stay in a trading range between 20 and 30 for the next several days.

IDTI has continued to develop several strategic fit product lines. One robust area they are not expressed is in the wireless chip arena similar to Intersil or Atheros. They might consider doing an acquisition in that area. There are a number of fabless design companies entering into the WLAN and BFW market spaces that should look attractive in this market environment.

Bolstering IDTI's view that their customers have cut back on inventories which will latter need to be replenished: dailynews.yahoo.com

A large part of an expected rebound during 2002 will be a restocking of inventory. Why stock shelves now when prices continue to fall and lead times are counted in hours? That will modify when the pendulum has swung far enough to cause a rebound.
