what does "% in year range" Cost divided by 52 week high? If so, the one example that I looked at is undervalued???? In any event..... should we look for quality or for "indiscriminate rebound" January effect plays? DDDP spent much of the year below current prices, but look at year 2000. How much should we consider long-term losses, from those who didn't have profit to balance last year??
