OT* Saw Clinton's Secretary of Defense (Cohen) in a store a couple of weeks ago---Once I recognized who he was, I actually did give a moment's thought to approaching him and asking how he felt the war effort was going.

However, it would have put him on the spot, and might be considered (ahem).....rude.
