Microe's post and his link did not specify the difficulties. The Global Mobile report has not been posted online. Illmarinen statement that they affect only "legacy" GPRS networks suggests that it is a PBCCH problem that even folks like Motorola have solved, or didn't have to begin with, so there you go, that's all I know about it. The problems definitely exist, but I'm not plugged in enough to tell you specifically what they are. Hell, you know better than I do, so why not let the rest of the world in on the big secret instead of playing three-card monte with it? If you don't know, which I doubt, you do know how to connect the dots as well as anyone here.
