I am counting on the Lord.
One note about my Grandmother: When asked why she will go to Heaven, she will tell you, in her opinion, it is because she is a good person. No one has ever been able to tell her. You cannot be good enough, and earn your way to Heaven. That won't get you there. To her, she has lived a good life. The gift of God's son, is something that never enters her thoughts. But, she is surrounded by people who realize what God has done for us. She can't earn her way to Heaven. Please put her on your permanent prayer list. She other night, she asked me if I ever had a bad day. The answer is no, everyday, is a great day. I may have difficult days, but I have Jesus, and all the hope that goes with Him!! I can trust Him!!! |
