Paul, RE: And what is illegal about having inside information? There is nothing illegal about having inside information. You, however, are posting a conclusion on a public bulletin board. If that conclusion is based upon inside information, you have misappropriated that information. .I would imagine that Craig Barrett and Andy Grove and thousands of Intel employees have lots of inside information. Should the FEDS swarm down on Intel and arrest everybody? Heck, yeah, if they start posting this information on a public bulletin board.
