I think you are overly pessimistic. Management has sold none of their shares. They wanted to participate in the IPO but when prices came down and the syndicate said to reduce the number of shares sold so management was taken out of the IPO. The company is addressing the problems of this quarter and things should be improving. As far as a chart is concerned the stock is sitting around its low. It may go a little lower, especially intraday, but most selling has dried up and the market makers are getting most of the stock sold. The fact that there was no deadcat bounce makes this bottom more significant. This stock will require some patience but just a little good news later could send the stock sharply higher. The company has good products and is in a fast growing market. As their EDGAR reports state quarter to quarter results can vary significantly but it could happen to the upside later.
