These days it's kind of hard to be sure of anything, so I will have to take another careful look if SFY gets that low in price.... The rate cut today was bad news in my opinion, as it was a sign of weakness and desperation on the part of the powers that be. Now the lowest rates since the early 1960's, which was way back in the stone age relatively speaking....
