I did some further reading and the Section 262 refers to the "General Corporation Law of the State of Delaware". I was unable to locate this on the web. If anyone has access to a law library or knows a lawyer who might drudge up this section, we might be well on our way to determining what is required regarding the appraisal law by 7.5% of shareholders. If the rules are not that onerous, we can tally up shares from various people on message boards, friends, brokers, etc. to arrive at greater than 7.5% - then take it from there. Anyone out there to help?
