Bin Laden said during Bush's watch that a big explosions would occur in the US on 9/11. The folks here are trying to blame Clinton for 9/11. I believe that the fault lies in the failure of the Defense Dept, CIA, and FBI, and both
Adminsitrations to worry about the real threat. Further, I fault Bush for worrying more about spying on China and Rogue Ballistic Missilies than the real threat. So no one is without fault here and whose watch it happened on deserves the most blame.
