Agreed. By the way, it is no longer referred to as IFC, but, rather, UTC Fuel Cells. Lots of meat to chew on in your post, but I am pressed for time tonight. Although not the purpose of this thread, I would still welcome a discussion on UTX if you'd like in some forum or another. I just don't have enough time to go point for point tonight.
