I didn't say all the bombings were Clinton's fault, I said he failed to respond to them ( except for a cruise missle or two to take the heat off the Monica story). He had the chance to get Bin Laden from Sudan and passed it up. If he had kept his zipper up and really gone after Bin Laden for all the previous terrorist attacks 9/11 may have been avoided.
