To stray cows...er, listeners residing as I do in Central Wisconsin, I found the Brinker show on WSPT 1010 Talk Radio, Stevens Point (the one that runs Rush on three hour delay). I didn't realize WSPT was an ABC station. The station does not appear on the Brinker website list, unless it's been updated in the last week or so. We're subject to preempting late afternoon baseball though. All other stations are pretty much out of range. Brinker does sound upbeat these days.

On Friday's NBR, Market Monitor Richard Scarlata called for a 20% decline in the market over the next four months. His last appearance he mentioned that the first and second years of a presidential term return less than a third of the third and fourth.
