Israel will refrain from military operations in the West Bank and Gaza Strip and halt assassinations of militants. That's a good start. Also, halting all bulldozing of Palestinian buildings and olive groves, and halting all new settlement activity. Then, talks can begin about the Israeli retreat and reparations. End of Hamas? How about end of IDF? Tom
