From a smell to a stench! Greenspan is panicking. And the bleeding continues. Another rate cut, whoopie! And the economy continues to slide further into recession. The cure for this economy is time. Overcapacity knows no other cure. Just time. Greenspan can cut till he's down to zero and it won't make a difference. It may take another couple years before this economy recovers. The Fed is now showing its impotence.
