Security hole in MSIE:

Especially this on is interesting:

slashdot.org

In short: Microsofts lack of compliance with the internet standards led to a bug that might render some "designed for IE" sites broken if fixed. The error occurs in several versions, including MSIE 5.5SP2 and MSIE 6.0. Everybody who uses these browsers are vulnerable and should get another browser until Microsoft releases an update.

I have personally fought this problem, too - it MSIE behaviour makes it almost impossible to create a http-based download site for files with special file extensions, that works well on both Windows and Macintosh and on different browsers. If it wasn't for the MSIE bug, we would not have had to move our files to an FTP server. Now it shows the the bug is also an exploit.
