Because AMD aeems to produce less chips than they are capable of, even from Fab30. Although Paul's 27% is total nonsense, the volume seems like it should be higher than it is. If Fab30 can produce some 50 million processors per year on 0.13 micron, then it should've been able to do 12-13 million this year because of the ramp. It will actually produce closer to 10 million.
