John: How long has it been since there has been something like this from the company. Over a year. biz.yahoo.com I wouldn't read too much into the analyst day. They started it last year (actually this year in Feb after 2000 y/e results) setting up an annual analyst day meeting. Fundamentally this is still a second half story for next year. I expect this quarter to still be ugly with the disposal of the old appnet that doesn't fit into the business. Covinsint is going to do an IPO but it won't be earlier than 4th qtr of 2002 and maybe into spring of 2003. That should help CMRC.
