Titan: I think it will hit. The builders are now running on two axles: first is New Paradigm Theology. No longers are builders constrained by "old thinking" that chained them into the cyclicals. Apparently, the recession, the destruction of 401K value, the massive layoffs and the "poverty effect" are not going to affect the demand for 4,000 sq foot houses, their existing inventory of houses, developments and land. The second axle is the drawing, via the lowest interest rate structure in 40 years or so, of future sales into the here and now. Kb
