Sergio,

We knew that the HAS upgrades would come. I know you sold a whole back. The interesting thing about HAS is that there usually is a peak after the first of the year, not in December.

Here is a synopsis of why these stocks were added to the Zacks #1 Ranked List:

Hasbro Inc. HAS: Analysts are gung ho on this maker of G.I. Joe. They have been upgrading estimates after the stock
beat the Street four out of the last five quarters. The company just sold $225 million in long-term debt and is vigorously
promoting its board games and expects Harry Potter licenses to bring strong revenues.

Krispy Kreme Doughnuts KKD: The Street has a sweet tooth for this stock. It has delivered four plus-side earnings
surprises and analysts are issuing continuous incremental estimate increases. Its profits were up 67% year over year
for the last quarter and it is accelerating its square footage rollout across the country.

Here is a synopsis of why these stocks have a Zacks Rank of 2 (Buy):

Compuware Corp. CPWR: Compuware has been meeting or beating estimates for quite a while and the most recent
analyst estimate reveals strong upside potential. It has been cutting expenses and net income was up 106% year over
year for the last quarter.

First Data Corp. FDC: Analysts see some strong potential in earnings, which is not shocking given that First Data has
beaten the Street for 11 straight quarters. Note that over the last few months, 3 more brokerage firms have named
FDC a Strong Buy.
