combjelly: If Fab30 can produce some 50 million processors per year on 0.13 micron, then it should've been able to do 12-13 million this year because of the ramp. It will actually produce closer to 10 million.

That might hint a yield problem, but not a bin split problem. The frequency distribution just isn't that wide.
