possibly. <G> without going into too much detail, i find it very ironic that the article was able to say Levin came to the SEC from wall street and did a diligent job of tackling shareholder issues, and yet they won't give Pitt the benefit of the doubt that he will do the same. that really cracked me up. look, my father worked for the IRS for 15 years...now tax attorneys just love to have him as the "person who's been on the other side of the fence". i think Pitts experience on the other side might work to shareholder's advantage. everyone should be aware that as an attorney, he was working in his clients best interests... should he have done otherwise? to suggest such would be ludicrous. yet, in order to serve the needs of the joker who wrote the article, he would have had to do such!

further, i'm truly hoping the SEC will begin to concentrate on those in my industry that are truly doing things wrong instead of making those who have spotless track records continue to pay and jump through useless hoops in order to provide funds for the sins of others (largely, those who are completely unregulated).
