Utilities have gotten hammered.

Instead of being in cash, why not buy a basket of utilities that are now yielding over 5%,
and paying out less than 70% of EPS and have leverage less than 2X?

Take a look at:

DTE 5.1% 59% 1.91X
AEP 5.8% 68% 1.8X
REI 6.1% 47% 1.34X
PGN 5.1% 63% 1.61X
