I was contacted by Lynn Romero (sp?) and a GumTech attorney - threatening me with legal action if I didn't stop posting comments about the GUMM stock fraud. The synopsis of my response was as follows: 1) I allege that GumTech fraudulently promoted Zicam in order to boost it's share price. 2) Zicam is an ineffective Homeopathic medication with absolutely no clinical proof that it "blocks" or destroys rhinoviruses. 3) I can prove #1 and #2...furthermore, if I they ever bother me again, I will be more than happy to accomodate their desire for litigation. Odd thing, I never heard from either on again. By the way Danny, you'll be happy to know that I grossed over half a mil. shorting the GUMM stock fraud.
