One other thing that people may neglect to consider, is that there are zero marketing costs assigned to X-Box microprocessors. It's standard bid and spec work, thus the cost is much lower.

Good point! Zero marketing costs, zero development costs, essentially zero support. Fully depreciated process. Fully depreciated equipment. Just enter more wafer starts in the order entry field and out it comes from the other end. Kind of like fast food...

This puts the likely cost at the low end of the estimates.
