Tom,

<<The issue is FDA approval. It is NOT in the bag--and just a matter of time. They always have the right to weigh all the evidence including the results of all stages of investigation.>>

Of course that is true -- anything can happen. However, I would have thought (and maybe I am wrong) that if the FDA had concerns in the area of safety or efficacy, they would not have bothered to come to look at the plant. There own flow chart approval process certainly implies that plant inspection is a last step. And even if there are issues there (if there are I doubt they are insurmountable) they are the least difficult component to get rectified.

As to the manipulation -- can not argue there. IMO RK should have taken a large chunk of cash right at the start of the AW arrangement. I fault her for that. It was poor planning. I suspect it was based on information she had received from a certain regulatory agency re: approval, that has not materialized to date. But with the Hx of the agency she is dealing with, she should have known and expected that.

In any event I do expect the price to fall off without any news and because of the financing arrangement we have, but I do believe that approval is more likely than not.

Take care,

MB
