I can tell you that since July.. Not one proposal to either Detroit's or Madision's City Council has been made for
antenna installations by Nextwave..


Well, they're still threatening D and E block.

"Even if the settlement agreement is approved by Congress, NextWave will continue its
efforts to create a wireless company, albeit on a reduced scale. NextWave remains on schedule
to launch commercial service in the markets covered by its D Block and E Block licenses –
which were paid for in full and are not the subject of this litigation -- during 2002 and plans to
continue operations with these licenses even if the C and F Block licenses are referred to the
government."
