Karen, it is very doubtful that Reagan's mind was altogether when he was elected as President.
I've heard the Press talk about it, but they wouldn't mention it to the public when Reagan was
President.

As long as someone woke Reagan up to look at his cue cards, he was able to communicate
with the public.
