Dave, I wonder whether the financing deal was done prior to this announcement as part of the inducement to the new investors. Raising money is tough in this environment. If so, the 25% discount to market was only part of the story. I agree that this type of Fortune 10 deal doesn't just materialize. We will never know, but I am happy that they were able to raise the money. I am also happy that Russian appears to have raised only the minimum necessary to keep the Nasdaq at bay regarding Net Tangible Assets, assuming there is any validity to my above mentioned scenario. GMGC seems to be turning a very big corner, imho. Seconds Out.
