Hi Ibexx,

Technical Analysis only. No fundamentals:

CEIN: Has to fall below 42 before any conclusions can be drawn.

AFCI: Doesnt look weak at all. Period. Wait for a drop to 50 or so
until it becomes a Head and shoulder.

A word about PE's and other fundamental indicators: These are
good only in the long term. If you remember IOM, DNA, PRST and other
runaway stocks, you will notice it may take months even years to
bring the PE to sane levels. For timing, I use only TA.
