The foundation of the future of the human race is the Internet?

That's pretty absurd Scott. Or wacky.

ISP's by the way are not selling the services you mention to Novell 3.X customers. Other than AT&T I haven't heard you mention that most ISP's are using UNIX and Sun Computers not Intel boxes and Novell. These small business customers are not craving more Internet bandwidth
, they are looking for some reason to even get involved with the Internet in the first place. If they decide to connect up to the Internet for some reason, it will have to do with their business---what they sell.

Your former 3.X customers are guys that just want ot run an app and connect up the users via the network to the data files and printers. NT represents an upgrade. Where is the Novell product for these customers? Where is the revenue stream to replace the one you had with these customers?

IF you expect these customers to jump to pie-in-the sky technology you are puffing smoke. In fact as I write this to you, the people whose PC I'm borrowing want to know whether this is costing them an arm and a leg.

You should review the Ziff Davis survey and then tell me again what you are doing about that hole in the bottom of your product line.
