Some seem to feel that the PPT might use futures contracts to manipulate the markets. Since the commercials are short and are adding to short positions, is it a safe assumption that "they" fall in the non commercial camps? Is it possible to determining the total dollar value that exists in long contracts for all three camps and compare it to the value of the short contracts?
